What that means to you is that unless you ask us to make changes to your home, the pricing will remain the same. There will not be any surprises to you during the construction of your home and the price you see in your bid will be the price you pay at the time you move in.

How is this different and better than most other builders? A fixed price gives your peace of mind that the cost will not change during construction. You may receive bids from other builders that have included just a list of allowances. Sometimes this practice is used in order to deflate the contracted price. The result is change orders during the build process that reflect actual cost. The buyer is then responsible for the difference. It is our mission to provide you only with allowances that you control. For example, lighting, hardware and appliances are all selected by you based on your budget. Our intent is for you to know your total cost upfront!
