We decided to build a retirement home in the country after decades in the city.  Although we have owned several houses in the past, this would be our first time building.  Our initial contact with Sierra was P. Laree Lewis.  Laree influenced our decision to build with Sierra with her thorough explanation of the building process and her tireless effort to help us hone in on our specific needs.  Her suggestions regarding kitchen lighting, doorway widths, and many other details that make a house a home were extremely helpful.  The fact that she did not laugh at our hand-drawn blueprint was also impressive.  We were pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness of the entire design and finance team - Paul Ramos, Joanie Ramser , Shannon Cooke, and Mary Ann Edward.  We were especially pleased with our builder, Bart Ullrich.  Bart is a true professional as well as a people-person.

He detailed each step of the building process for us and with a sense of humor, addressed all of our issues and questions without missing a beat.  We joked that Bart's cell phone number was #1 on our speed-dial, but the fact that he was always available to us is remarkable.  His experience shined in his attention to detail.  When we decided to change things along the way such as the door to the pantry and the wall in the bathroom, he said "yes, we can" and gave suggestions for how to improve upon these ideas.  Our home is in a very remote area, and Bart's excellent managerial skills and the obvious respect of the subcontractors and building crews towards him helped overcome that obstacle and showed through in quality workmanship.  The building process was an enjoyable experience thanks to these wonderful professionals and we highly recommend Sierra Classic Custom Homes to anyone considering building a home.

Dear Kip,

Your company built our home in New Braunfels in the community Rockwall Ranch.  We are considering downsizing and building a second home.  If we choose to go this route, we will definitely be considering using your company again.  I must tell you that the reason we would go with Sierra Classic again is completely because of the professionalism and incredible customer service provided to us by Beau Walker.  Beau was informative, patient and always willing to assist us throughout the process of having our home built.  We have built homes in the past and after closing had some incredible issues to be resolved on our punch list.  When we moved into our Sierra Classic home two years ago, we had nothing to resolve besides some very minor cosmetic issues, hardly worth mentioning.  We attribute this to Beau's attention to detail and level of perfectionism.  He should be commended on the hard work he puts forth and the attention he gives to each home as if it were his very own.  Thank you Beau Walker and thank you Sierra Classic for the BEST home we have ever owned.  We are thrilled with our Sierra Classic home.  It is for these reasons that we are now considering building another home with your company.

Dear Ron,

I wanted to first say that Paula Miller has been great in leading us through the building process and helping guide us with suggestions and changes to make the plans work for our needs for our new home.  We had several meetings with Paula and found her to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and she listened to our needs.  My husband and I have nothing but glowing remarks about Paula and Sierra Classic Homes.  I am still in contact with her when we have questions.  I personally asked for Paula to sit in when I selected by paint, flooring, and cabinets.  I need to get more of Paula's cards.  I know that she is still connected to us and our home.  Now, for Andy Hanna, who has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is extremely professional.  When we are asked about our experiences and building process, people are amazed that we have no issues with our builder.  Andy has made great suggestions, and we love his passion for building a great product (Our Home).  We always feel comfortable in calling him and he is always accessible.  My husband can speak more to the depth of Andy's knowledge and expertise, but I know that John is completely comfortable with the work being done.  I believe in team efforts and people taking ownership of their jobs.....You have that with Paula and Andy.
