General Liability Insurance

Sierra Classic Homes carries General Liability Insurance. This is not Texas mandated and builders are not required to carry this insurance. Many builders eliminate this insurance to cut costs, leaving the property owner unprotected and at risk. Ask to see a current copy of the builder’s certificate of insurance to verify the proper coverage of General Liability and Workman’s Comp.
